Because every Ewuraba bag is made specifically for you after your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items

If your bag arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will resolve the issue with a repair, replacement, or refund.
